The problem

You already want the podcast. Getting it launched is the hard part.

A professional show takes more than a microphone. It takes a concept, an audience, a format, a name, artwork, a recording setup, editing, publishing, a YouTube channel, and a launch plan. Most people stall somewhere on that list. The rest hire four freelancers and spend months coordinating them.

Clear answers before the call.

How much does a podcast launch cost?

The Audio Launch is $3,000 and the Video Launch is $5,500. Both are one-time fees. There is no retainer. Ongoing production after launch is optional and priced separately.

How long does it take?

About eight weeks from kickoff to live, when recordings, feedback and approvals happen on schedule. You get your launch date at kickoff.

How much of my time does it take?

Your time is mainly two working sessions in the strategy phase, about an hour a week to review and approve during brand and setup, and four recording sessions of about an hour each. Podify handles the rest.

What happens on the call?

Twenty minutes with Billy. You describe the show you want to make. He explains how the launch works, what's included, what it costs and how long it takes. If you already have a show, he'll share his thoughts on it. If you want to go ahead, he covers next steps. There's no obligation.

I don't have a name or format yet. Is that a problem?

No. That's what the strategy phase is for. Most clients arrive with an idea and a point of view. We build the rest with you.

Do I need to be on video?

No. The Audio Launch is built for hosts who don't want to be on camera. If you choose Video, we set up the recording so it's simple, and you can record from your own office.

What do I need to buy?

Your own microphone, and a camera if you choose Video. We tell you exactly what to get for your budget and help you set it up. Many hosts already own what they need.

What happens after the first four episodes?

You choose. Keep producing with Podify on a monthly plan, or run the workflow in-house with the process and templates we hand over at launch. Both are covered on the call.

I already have a podcast. Can you help?

The launch packages are built for new shows. If you have a show that needs a relaunch or ongoing production, book the same call. Billy will share his thoughts on your current show and scope what you need.

Can you guarantee downloads, rankings or revenue?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Audience growth depends on your content, your consistency, and how you promote the show. What we commit to is the work: a professionally produced show, live on every major platform, delivered as scoped, on a launch date we set together.

Ready when you are

You've been thinking about the podcast long enough.

Tell Billy what you want to build. He'll show you how the 8-week launch would work for your show and answer your questions. Free. No obligation.
